In the mighty hard weather of music history it’s a stretch to try and verify who did what, when, and why. Not being a guitar player I can still see with my own ears. Whether Mr. Christian lifted the role of guitar from that of accompanist to leading the show or not, you sure can feel the “I got this” when he plays his ax!
