Bob Jordan’s history as a musician has no equal. He started playing in his single numbers and now in his 70’s is performing more than ever. Often in nursing homes, farmer’s markets and venues around town. He has amassed scads of high classifried original material of which “Icebreaker”is a prime example. At the Grafton Flea Market in particular, his efforts discovering sonic history through record collecting is unmatched. During his long career as a broadcaster at community radio station WCUW, plying his finds, he left many of us speechless with the breadth and general hilarity of his shows.
