Dhafer Youssef was born in Tunisia in 1967 and has lived in Vienna or Paris since 1990. His music transcends boundaries, but has a strong affinity for Jazz, Indian Middle Eastern and Nordic styles. Husnu Senlendirici is also from Tunisia and has collaborated with Youssef since 2012. Zakir Hussain is known the world over as the greatest living tabla player. While I know that the Bop Shop always features a song, the video is of a concert, but I highly recommend the first piece, “Satyagraha”.
