An obscure one from the singular vocalist of the British folk -rock era. An unusual arrangement with string section, electric guitar and horns gathered around Ms. Denny’s infatuation with this legal question. As usual, solid, earthy, strident, emotive. My lovely wife Deb says “she has a soft and fertile power.” Just how do you get to be a judge? And once you do, who checks on their sanity?
