Since 2000, Rak has been the Professor of Guitar at the Academy for the Performing Arts in Prague. Calling him a classical guitarist is like calling John McLaughlin a rock guitarist. They both are capable of playing any type of music and are master improvisers. The Era of Rock and Roll was recorded in 1990 as part of his CD Dedications.
